7.3 PSD, smoke on Cold Start

Gravy. Just had to order a water pump for old' girl. She's drippin coolant right on top of the crank pulley. Retarded.

So I just ordered a new one for $118, with all new gaskets and the supply and exit tubes.

FYI the nut that holds the fan on is a left hand thread!
Also, I give a 3rd vote for the ford ais intake. I have been running run for the last 20,000. If it is protection you are looking for that is the way to go.
 
As long as the truck fires fine your glowplugs are probably alright. If it only smokes for a short time i wouldn't worry about that. As for the intake I would leave it stock. When running a turbo the intake is really not that important. If you want more horespower just run a chip. My 2000 has 290k of trouble free miles. I run the superchips and while it is not my favorite it works well.
