600 Pro

Last year I thought my girls 600 was fun and close to my 800. Then I got my 8 running the way it should this year and spent a day on her 6 after I hit a stump. I'm not such a big stock 600 fan anymore.

But if your willing to work it that 600 will get places that will make everyone shake their head.

rktek has a vid of his 660 kit out climbing a stock 800.

also his marketing propaganda states "piston issues" with 800 ho and keep your pro and get his drop in kit until polaris fixes the issue!

hope its not thin piston skirts still...

When your only tool is a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail.

Link to that quote? I'd love to read all about it. lol

The 600 rmk is overall a great machine. If I had a choice between the 6 and 8 I would take the 8, but if all I had to ride was a 6, I'd get out and be able to have a great time riding it. Overall it will hang and get around with the 8's just will lack a little. But a good rider on the 6 will out ride an average rider on an 8. As far as reliability goes, I have 4 with over 5000 miles and they still run strong with good compression and none have had any work done to them. A great all around, dependable sled.

Without any script, we are to assume the video is on the 660 and it is running against a stock 800?

Too many variable left out.

A 660 will be within about 5 hp of the 800 pro. The new motor should help that hopefully. Also with the bb theres likely some clutching work done and possibly even gearing, some variables that could make some big differences.
