I would love to see one for my 2013 pro 600! Looking to make a statement out west with the 600, I had a 800 pro last year and rode the 600, didn't think there was a whole lot of difference.. So I went with the 600 this year for the reliability and quicker reving in the steep side hills and trees. Plus I just think it will be great to cut more technical lines on my 600 then all my buddies on there 800's:face-icon-small-coo. A high compression head would be just what this proven motor would need to wake it up!

PAR will have a cheater head available in about 3 weeks for the 2012-13 600 motors pm or hit the site, and we can do a pre order if you like.

What about a low-cost big bore kit?
You know, that uses OEM 81mm pistons and a kick a$$ PAR head?

Brad, So what are the 660's making for power? I got both an '07 and '08 factory race 600 and trying to decide between the 800 mono conversion or the 660 for the '08.

What kind of gains are you seeing with the head on the 600? What compression ratios will be available? I ride from sea level to 4500 ft and run 87 octane what compression ratio would work with 90 octane at those elevations?

Brad said he will have a 12.5, 13.1, 13.6. Talk to brad on what ratio to run but I would think 12.5 for sea level on 91.

I would bet 155 ish?
And, if it is even somewhat close to 145-155, remind me again what the 800 is stock? AND, what is the purchase price difference between the 800 and 600?
AND, what is the reliability record between the 800 and 600 motors?

That is a good question. I have never dynoed one yet. I think that a good running one should make like 140-145 . A stock 800 is between 139 and 143 hp. I am not sure what you mean by purchase price between the two.

Let me try and help;
800 PRO RMK 155" MSRP $12,199
600 PRO RMK 155" MSRP $10,899
Difference $1,300
Your 660 Upgrade $1,100 to $1,900

So from $200 left in your pocket to an upcharge of $600 for a lighter sled with more performance than the stock 800 and as an added bonus RELIABILITY! and that alone is PRICELESS to most of us. A win-win in my book.
