600 Cleanfire RPM loss

Interested if anyone has any comments on '09 600 Cleanfires loosing peak RPM. I have experienced it lately with several of them, just a lack of throttle response and maxing out at 8000 RPM makes them pretty weak. Tried all the standard things, compression is good, cleaned the exhaust valves, checked TPS, run them on the Digital Wrench, clean/check clutches, change primary and secondary springs (tried stiffer secondary), delrin washers in secondary, check clutch alignment and center distance, new plugs and caps. Ran good up to about 1300 miles, actually had to increase the weights to 66 gram to hold it back when it was new, and now can't get it to rev. It's not the fuel as other sled runs fine. Anything else to try would be appreciated.

My guess is gasoline quality??

Very strange for multiple unrelated units to have the same issues.
