509 goggles broke

so i loved these goggles but went to take them off and get some snow outta them after a lil wreck and next thing i know the black platic piece where the straps attach to the frames broke i was all wtf.. it was a blue bird day so it kinda sucked whats the fix? warrenty? or what for these things

Lifetime warranty on the strap/hinge. PM your name/address and I'll get a new one in the mail asap.

Sometimes for me, I cant get to a phone..but, theres a computer present. Or If you cant use a phone do to a meeting in the room and you cant leave. Thats what im getting at.

Why is everyone crying? Looks like the guy was taken care of, and some good publicity for the manufacturer.
