so would it be copyright infringment if I was to get the evolution symbol from the dvd cover tattooed across my whole back? I have been giving it a lot of thought!

Regarding copyright infringment, I would simply seek Tom's blessing on the idea.

I have an "Evolution" t-shirt & also think it's a cool logo.
However, I would not get it on a tatoo simply because sled platforms change
so drastically thiat it would appear silly in a matter of years.
Picture the same scene, but with the sled being a JDX8 or an Elan, that'd be pretty
lame nowadays. Well that's the future of the current logo as well.

This is the underlying problem w/all tatoo's. After a couple years you wonder "what the **** was i thinking"

I dont regret any of my tat's... but thats because I have drawn all my own and they all have meanings to me..

If you second guess the design at all.. trust me its not for you.. IMO..
