What's up with not replying to your customers??
I've ordered the X5 goggles almost a month ago and the order is still in status "processing"(????) My card has been pulled so it's not an economical question, and what pisses me off is that after sending you e-mails with no response and two phone calls where the nice ladies assured me that the goggles where being packed "as we speak", I still haven't had a update on the order and no reply on the mails telling me where they are, so therefore I assume I can add lies to this complaint too!!?? WHERE'S THE GOODS I ORDERED??




To SW moderator: this is an effort to get the 509 crew to give me an answer, sorry if this falls under the category ranting, but I've lost my patience with thees guys, please relocate post or remove if it's totally out of order

Norway..??..ordered a month ago...probably at least a week processing..??...so is three weeks unreasonable for all the customs etc to get these...wouldn't it be fair to give it abit more time..??..

Last time I ordered it took 14 days from I pressed enter till I had the goods, but my biggest problem now is that the order is still in status "processing" at 509, not shipped or pending, In my mind this means they've received the order and are about to pack and ship, so therefor: nothing has been done to the order.
I know it'll take a while to ship the goods, cause it could take 3-5 days across the pond and 1-1 1/2 week(!!) in customs.
And as I stated in the first post: When I called they confirmed that the order hasn't been picked nor packed, but they would get right on it, and they should update my order, and still nothing....
This is why my patience is worn thin, maybe I'm unreasonable but I still feel I'd deserve a update/straight answer telling me if they are out of stock or that they are unable to ship due to one reason or another

Why do you guys wait until the snowshow season to order stuff? There are about a dozen threads like this every year around this time.

Stem, i've addressed this with you already, however i'll update your thread as well. First off your order took a couple weeks to process due to inventory availability and for that I apologize. Things get hectic this time of year and unfortunately we regularly sell out. Your item did arrive in our warehouse and your order was shipped on 11/11. It's currently on its way to you and will arrive shortly.

As we discussed, for whatever reason your email never reached our support, thus the lack of email response. Rest assured we have dedicated staff that answer all emails in a very timely fashion.

As for your order being in "processing", we are currently in mid transition to a much more robust order management system. Given that, your order currently gets put in "processing" when it is in fact being processed for fulfillment. Then once it ships a second email is triggered with a tracking number. please check your spam folder for this (I also messaged you this number directly). When our new system is fully integrated our customers will have full order visibility along the entire process.

In any event, your order has been shipped and I hope you enjoy your goggles this winter.

Thank you for an answer, and as I've written to you earlier I hope you to some degree could understand the frustration I felt since this was the first time since I've contacted you the very first time that I didn't get any response, I've ordered and returned goods without any hitch and helped other friends with their helmet orders and always got an answer to my mails within 2-3 days.

I do understand that you sell out inventory, that's why I checked your site daily for updates till you got re-stocked again. And since I got the order confirmation mail from you the 20 Oct I assumed that within 10-14 days I'd have the goods(based on earlier experience), but when I didn't find or get a track number my worries started.

I'm really sorry that I had to go to this measure to get your attention, and hopefully your new web page will eliminate problems like this in the future.

Yet again: Thanks for an answer and tracking number, and I'm looking forward to testing out your equipment yet another season
