Four surgeons at a world conference. First is a Frenchman he starts bragging about how he can take half a kidney out of one man and put bit into a second man and have both those men back to week in six weeks. The second is a German surgeon that says, Well that is nothing I can take a lung from one man put it into second and have both of them looking for work in four weeks. The third is a Russian and says, I will trump you all. I can take half the heart of one man attach it to half the heart of another man and have him looking for work in two weeks. The American pipes up and says, We as Americans can take a man with half a brain from Illinois put him in the white house and have half the country looking for work in sixty days.
