3rd year Cat Care?

When you guys got your updates completed on your 2012's did you get notified by mail from Cat Care that you had a third year warranty? I know the letter from Cat said once the updates were done we would get our third year coverage.

Never heard anything yet. There busy packing up the place before the move to Yamaha.

I have not heard a work about the extended warrantee after getting my reverse replaced. Maybe they hope we will forget about it.

Have not received a single document in the mail from Cat since I bought my sled....

I'm getting a new thumb warmer at the last min.

The first year is direct from Cat and the next two is a different set up. The thumb warmer is only covered in the first year. I had three more days on the first year.

I can't say about letters to the consumer but we have done many updates and had reason to pull the VIN on several of the sleds since submitting the update claims to Arctic Cat. They all show the additonal warranty on them.

As soon as my dealer submitted the paper work that the work was done there was another year added on the VIN lookup.
But I have not received anything from Cat stating it
