3D TV's

Had the chance to sit down at a buddies place and watch his Sony 3D TV. I am absolutely amazed, it's a full day later and I am still speechless. Combine the HD quality with true electronic 3D, it is incredible. There are only a few movies out in true 3D so it is very limited right now as to what you can watch. He has a demo disk that came with the TV, it made you feel like you were right there. It had a section with a football game on it, and it is unreal, like you were on the sidelines.

What makes me really happy is that they are not too bad to purchase, he bought his for (don't quote me) around $2400. It included surround sound, blue ray player, two glasses, and the TV.

I am definately saving some coin for this, if anyone can get the opportunity to watch one, make it happen, you will not be dissapointed. Not for the people that get car sick, it is intense. This is where TV is headed and wow, all I can say is, wow.

Interesting, I have watched a few 3D movies at the theaters and have been less than impressed, but if given the chance, I would try it out.

I agree. It seems like when CGI first came out, people forgot there needed to be a story and just relied on some fancy CG for the movie.

Give it a few years and if that technology sticks you will see those 2500 tvs for as low as 800 bux. It is crazy how you have to pay up to be first up.
