will a 3" paddle fit on an m-chassis?:face-icon-small-hap if not what do you do to make them fit? smaller drivers? or do you have to reposition the d/d?

This was asked maybe 2-3months ago and I think they said yes, it fits. Not sure about the drivers. I'll see if I can find it.

Yes it fits, you do not need to change drivers.
The only thing you will have to do it trim the inside lugs and clips to clear the diamond drive and notch the outside paddles to clear the tunnel coolers.

3 inch track

I have the 3 inch track on my 06 M7 turbo and it fits under with the stock drivers. There is about a pinky's worth of room in front, and like said above you need to trim the outer tips of the paddles to clear the tunnel cooler. That being said it is a game changer when it comes to climbing the steep and deep. My brother had a 2.5 CE on his M7 turbo and it is night and day difference, it makes it a monster!

what happens when your track "ratchets"? If there is only a pinky's worth of space there won't be any room and you'll probably ruin your drivers... Agreed, the 3" is definitely a game changer.

I have a bulkhead from a 05-06 m that vanamburg machined to move the dd back for lots of track clearance to fit a 3" with ez its for sale I have pic's if anyone is interested

Beware!!!!!!

Beware guys,
I recently bought a 3"X162X16 for my king Kat mod with a 2 inch raised tunnel and the track delaminated in less than two miles. The fiberglass bar seperated from the track and it came apart in half. I contacted camoplast three weeks ago about it and sent them pics and here is what they said " send it back to Western Powersports where you purchased it as a dealer and we will look into it,but from the pics we've seen this before and it looks like the rail went through the track".Well Im here to tell all of you that I use cables for limiter straps and have assembled hundreds of mod sleds for customers and have tested in the same area for years and there is nothing around there its flat ground. (When the track let go I was maybe 30% throttle)The Tech guys at Western Powersports recieved it the other day and said that it was indeed a faulty track from their perspective. They tried to email camoplast with no response, the reason I am posting this is to let you fellow riders know that camoplast is not standing behind their product and I would be real careful about the 3" tracks,I went back to the 2.5" extreme because I know that holds up. For what camoplast gets for the 3" track I can tell you a customer would be pissed at me and camoplast but the worst part is that customer would probably never return!!!!!!

I have a 3" on my M1000 and went ahead and dropped to 7 tooth avid's and I have over an inch of clearance everywhere.
