3 - 7 inches of snowfall predicted today in the Bighorns!

I just knew right off the bat that you were lying, but i showed them to my dad and we like freaking out wanting to know where it was. lol
 
was camping in the wind rivers at 10500. Got 4" of snow saturday morning and still snowing like a mofo... GPS forecast called for more snow through saturday and sunday... so i cut my trip short and hiked out. sure looked pretty :D

this is from red lodge looking up toward beartooth pass, I don't see any snow on the big horns from the west side

Yea you start at Elkhart Park just above pinedale. There are other places to start as well. The fishing is awesome and the scenery cannot be matched...
another place thats a must visit in the winds is the Cirque of Towers

i wish i had time to do another trip up there this year... i still have nebo, timp, and lone peak to do! hahaha
 
spent the weekend in the horns--lots of rain and hail--1/4" of snow on the northwest horns--got to ride the Ranger sunday---:beer;
DONT want to much yet--drew a bow tag for elk that starts the 1st of sept---

So when are the weather men Right? :confused:

WatchThis- showed the pictures to my son and he got really excited and was ready to go:DThen he remembered his sled isn't ready yet ( Boy did I hear an ear full ) Then showed that it was last year off the hook for a while lol:D
