22 850 Rmk fuel sock update

Has anyone that has had this recall done noticed any increase in performance? My new to me 2022 won’t pull the same clutch as my 2021. Seem worse on long pulls. Sled has less than 500 miles clutches are cleaned with new springs. Tried both gates and Polaris belts.

Getting a low fuel pressure code? Pump whining? Clutches aligned well? Brake dragging?

No fuel pump wine, brake seems fine. Clutches cleaned, new springs and aligned. Everything exactly the same setup wise as my 2020 and 2021 850. 2021 was a little stronger than the 2020.

How much less weight is it pulling?

I am missing 300 rpm compared to my last 2 850 s that i had set up the same as this one. I found a set of filter socks at a local dealer in my area so I can rule that out. Sled was a rental with 380 miles on it, so I guess Iwill check the compression and clean the exhaust valves. 10-68s, stock helix, Zrp back shift brg, SLP 120-340 pri spring, 47c gates belt (also tried a good polaris belt it only gained me 100 rpm more)

Good ideas to check. And some engines just don’t pull as much as others I’m sure you know.

Yea for sure my 2021 was really strong maybe it was a good one and this 2022 is just average.

Have you checked clutch lead in? Also the 47c is like 45 thousands wider than a 216 Polaris belt. Check belt to sheave guessing it’s way to large for a 216

Clutches are aligned properly just like my last 2 850s, yes the 47c is wider thats with I run it it also grips better the the 216

Did you check for cable slack?

Yes sir no slack in the cable.
