Whatever happened to the days when the hills would get pounded with snow? We used to go out and have great riding all the time…..now they could buy a good year….

Last year was fantastic.

What's the story on Mad Mountain Adventures on Trail #6?
Stopped in for gas on Wednesday, (1/31) but they were closed. Looked like they had plenty of Polaris rentals.
This location use to be open years ago and was called Thunderhead Lodge or something in that nature.

If he does not have any rentals going out he will not be open. With the poor trail conditions I would expect he will not have any rentals going out until we receive some snow. He had 10 rentals go out Monday but nothing the rest of the week and probably cancelled any rentals booked for the weekend.

Trailshead Lodge
Day 2 total was 9-10 inches.
So we got a total of 17 inches in 2 days, but the last half was a lot fluffier. It is settling. It has probably settled down to a foot and will settle a little more. We had nothing before, so this will be the start of our base.
Could get another 2-4 inches today.
I love to see the piles of snow, this time of the year!!
Snowmobile Trails officially open Sunday 12/15. Haven’t gotten the word if the groomers are going out.
