2021 fuel map

the other question is why does some sleds are ok and some are not with the same map.

also with boost you almost have to restart from scratch. it will be interestijg to see how the turbo vs NA 840 will run next winter.

For starting the motor your plugs need to be clean. If you have loaded up the motor before shutting down there could be excess fuel or oil on the plugs. Now if you have your sled clutched to be buzzy or ride harder the pipe gets hotter and the pipe sensor may change fueling accordingly. This will make 2 same year sleds perform differently and one may seem fat while the other just fine.

I think they don’t have a high enough resolution in the engine management software/ hardware combo.

This causes the system to be too erratic to catch all the variables that affect a 2 stroke.

Hence the reason the N/A 850 for 2022 has a completely different engine management system...........

^^^^^^^

Is there a consensus on why Polaris cannot get the mapping right on the 840? It seems like the fixes are haphazard.

Are there changes to the 2022s to address these issues?
