2020 Alpha Throttle Hesitation

My '20 has a definite stumble on occasion.

Haven’t riden a 20’, but I spent a whole day on a 21’ and it was super crisp. My 18’ and 19’ are crisp as well. Since at made changes to the 20’, I’d guess the ECU program wasn’t as good as the 18 and 19. Anyone that has a Silber or bikeman tune tgeir 20’ still have the low end problem?

I have the Bikeman flash in my '20 Hardcore. It's alot better than the stock flash, but there is still a hesitation at around 4500-5000rpm.

But with the Bikeman flash I can atleast go riding and enjoy the sled instead of having a mental breakdown with the stock flash...

Did the flash do much for power?

My 20 runs great but feels rich up to 5-6 rpm. With stock muffler you don't hear or notice it as much.

They are also very lean from 4000-5500 rpm because of emissions. That is the RPM range that the emissions are tested. We reflash the ecu which richens that range, and then we lean it out at the higher rpms. The timing curve is changed too. There is a noticeable gain in low end throttle response and peak power. Can you change the oil ratio as well?Mine sips oil which is nice, but makes me nervous.

I was dealing with this all winter and finally they got it figured out. They replaced the injectors and it’s like a new sled nice and crisp throttle.
