I love that half the post are "Now we need a 300" and then the other half the posts are "how can they charge so much?" You can't have it both ways. If you want the manufacturers to keep investing in kids, you have to be there for them when they do. Yes, we do indeed need a 340, I will agree with that all day. But I still plan to buy one of these 200s and I think Cat and Yami will have no problem selling a bunch of them.
I'll buy it for $4k, my 3 kids will ride the heck out of the thing for the next 10 years, and then I'll sell it for $2.5k. My total loss across 10 years of family fun will be a whopping $1.5k. I am absolutely NOT going to complain about the price at that rate.
Yes I know that there is still a gap, but at least the gap is now smaller than it was 3 months ago. For that I am very grateful to yammi and Cat for getting this done. I hope that we, as snowmobilers, buy a billion of these things so that they will have some reason to continue filling in that gap better and better.
