2017 m8000 antifreeze in engine

Hey guys I got an m8000 which is having problems. I was out riding and I hit a rock and bust the heat exchanger. I had to limp it home which was 2 miles away. It was overheating but I kept on going. Days later I tried starting it and it was hard pulling over. Took the spark plugs out and they were soaked in antifreeze. I pulled it over allot to get all the antifreeze out. Both cylinders had about the same amount. So that would mean cylinder base gasket and head orings? And hope the head isn't warped. What all should I be checking over while the top end is apart?

Probably cooked the head O-rings. Base gaskets rarely fail. Check head for flatness when off. Pistons might be damaged after that bad of an overheat.

I checked the head orings and they look fine. Took the cylinders off and base gasket and pistons look fine. Checked the cylinders for cracking and couldn't find any. Maybe the water pump seal is shot and coolant going into the crankcase?

Extremely rare for water pump seal to fail allowing coolant into crankcase. There is another seal after water pump seal and a weep hole in between to let the coolant leak into bellypan. Did you check the head for straightness? How bad did it bust the exchanger? Did it hit motor and crack the case?
