2016 Series 6 155 track failure

My track failed at around the 1650 mile mark. I sent pictures to my dealer and they submitted a claim. Polaris says that a "foreign object entered the track, no warranty". There are no missing lugs and no sign of damage anywhere near the tear. I think I have chipped maybe 1 or 2 lugs a little but none are torn off. What do you guys think?

looks exactly like mine, on a 5.1 2015 > http://imgur.com/KkGnccN

no missing lugs or apparent damage, and around same milage as you

Polaris said it overheated, no wrranty bla bla bla

i suspect i rode on something too but we'll never know

I think you hit something.

I've had the same thing happen with a camo extreme.

Wire it together (like 10-12 loops of ss safety wire)
Ran mine two more years after that.

Its on a buddies sled now going strong.

Show them these pictures of day one on my stock Sled. I pointed this out to the dealership upon the initial buyers delivery inspection. They said it was purely cosmetic and that I would not have a problem with it. I told them to document it anyways or put on a new track. If this one came from the factory with a defect yours could've too. Not every rubber tire or track is flawless and they know it.
