Quick question even tho this sled is brand new and under warranty. I noticed a oily substance under my brand new sled with 0 miles. Looks as if its coming out the exhaust that attaches to the y pipe. This is not normal right? Looks as if it sprayed a bit on the bottom of the sled from me riding it off the trailer to put it into the garage.

60th anniversary... You sure that's normal it leaked quite a bit of oil and sprayed al over my motor.

Well you said a bit! They will collect oil in the belly pan especially when new but if it sprayed all over the engine that's different

The dealer prolly put oil in the gas tank so they r soaked!

ok I was thinking it was because of that. I just wanted to make sure as I've never bought a brand new sled in my lifetime lol.

Mine was a mess at first, still gets oily but I add a small amount of oil to the fuel on a reg basis.

Ok thank you I appreciate it! Being you have a 2015 on order have you heard if the pistons are different?

I think the 14 & 15 r the same but not 100% sure. My 14 only has 600 + miles but the compression has been constant and looking from the power valve opening all looks good. You'll love that thing!!!!!
