Define problems...
They get better every year, granted if you boost the sled you will likely have to reinforce the drive train. I know guys with stockers that have had zero issues, the ones who are running 240+ hp in my area are upgrading chains, motor mounts just for peace of mind.
At a minimum, I would run vented hood panels and side panels, or use MNTK's "Blowhole", as the turbo makes a LOT of heat, and the factory hood & panels have minimal venting.
