2014 timbersled sx on ktm 250 sx what sprocket size

Just got back from my ride and my 14-16-17-17 combination worked great way better gearing and 45 mph top end now. Still lots of power down low and could even go a little higher maybe. Only problem is I got that half link in there to make it work but it seemed to take it today. Will carry extra chain and half link I guess.

Actually that might work and would be very close to the same ratio. Is the inner jackshaft sprocket the same as the outer jackshaft sprocket and is the inner jackshaft sprocket hard to get off I have never tore it apart before. Thanks for the idea and help.

Highflernick how did you get 13-16 combination to work with chain it must be crazy tight or loose.

It was tight to start with, until the chain stretches a bit. But I'm running the 2016 SX kit with a fixed strut rod that's adjustable. (My fit kit was all made by my friend a machinist)And I run my bike pretty raked out, that might attribute to me being able to run the 66 link chain. Also maybe the newer SX kits are mounted up tighter to frame ??

Yea, All sprockets are the same bore and keyway. Except newer kits that use splined shafts. You will need a simple 2 or 3 arm puller to remove sprockets in case most likely.

How about the inner sprocket how do you get shaft off to get at sprocket. I could see removing brake rotor and pulling shaft towards chaincase side. Thanks for help.
