2014 600 Pro turbo clutching

I purchased a boondocker turbo kit for my 2014 600 Pro. I've ridden the sled with turbo for 2 years and can't seem to get rid of the massive turbo lag. Boondocker sent me clutching for the 800. They assured me it would work. I've had to decrease the weights in primary. It would only rap to 7600 with the weights boondocker sent me. Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction to get rid of some of the lag. Thanks!

It should have a 40/46 option and a 42/48 option on the helix.

Black yellow spring in secondary

Belt tension should be so tight it squeaks a tiny bit at idle.

Front clutch is where the big opportunity is. 66-68 gram weights or thereabouts will be close and a Polaris almond red spring is good for higher engagement. On small bore turbos tucking the weights further in, with corresponding shim width reduction to the belt clearance will hold the weights from shifting out as quickly on engagement. It makes a huge difference on bottom end driveability. Send primary clutch to Carl's Cycles and they can do the work affordably and can balance it before sending back to you.
