2013 Yamaha Snowmobile Thursday Debut

Just spent a ton of money on a nytro build. Glad there is no new sled. Dont need to buy anything else this year

yammi does not care what the other guys are doing with the 2strokes because they dont build one.as far as they are concerned they build the best 4stroke sled & nobody is challenging them on that right now so why change.there is the new cat but how much hype have you heard about that not enough to worry yammi.in the end they will do what they always do when the want & how they want it is too bad because they could build one bad a$$ sled if they wanted.with the new pro out & a new doo coming the compition is looking pretty good right now.

pretty sad, all they would have to do is take those old stock apex bulkheads, slap on timbersled front and rear, camo 174 3" , same motor with big arse turbo at 300 hp, call it "pro high mark no matter what ya got" for 15K and its a done deal. lol

I love my wr450 and love riding the R1, but for sleds gotta go polaris.

Thats one way of looking at it. :face-icon-small-hap
i still like my new t nytro ...switch with poo's and doo's all the time..still cant wait till i get back on the nytro ...aftermarket is always better .just put lighter better parts on every year...

yamaha will never change the idea of over engineer everything!!! my god a screw rivet and bolt in every damn panel!! really?? If they would just glue and rivet the nitro would only weight 495 lbs!!!!

I think Yamaha finally designed a new chassis like everyone was asking for. But judging by the kids reaction, Yamaha missed everyone's point and put out a mid level entry for bigger kids to replace there now obsolete Bravo? If they did kudos to them though as that level has been missing from the snowmobile business.

Im bummed for the Yami guys. My 97 Vmax had an awesome motor and a tough chassis. Unfortunately it was only a trail sled with a long track. Yami has the technology, too bad they just want to concentrate on trail sleds.
