Well it seemed like we were going to get our sleds soon with the upgrade to the secondary clutch bushings- dealer installed and align everything-

But it all came to a hault as now the reverse forks for the 2013 have to be upgraded also- so split the case and here is another delay-:face-icon-small-sad
Best to have it done right- and in 2012 it was way into December if I remember correctly..... when the sleds hit the dealers.

Havin parts on the ground waiting for the sled is the hardest part- but just wanted to give those waiting a heads up- It's all good....
Jim ( EVO) doesn't have is cans done quite yet anyhoo... :light:

Reverse update

Well, A/C didn't want a repeat of last year, and they were not 100% comfortable with the shift fork. The new one is more robust, kudos to them for being proactive rather then reactive. My updated fork for the M1100T Ltd is already at the dealer, although my secondary hasn't shown up yet... no snow to ride yet anyway.

What's with the secondary? Did you have problems with it cause all I'm getting is the reverse update. :eek:

No problems with secondary clutch, other then the fact my sled was shipped without one, and A/C hasn't shipped it to the dealer yet. Some of the early build M1100 Turbos were shipped without a secondary clutch, mine just happens to be one of them. Has been at the dealer since the end of July...
 
My dealer just called. Sled in. I asked. About the reverse. He said it only effected the earlier shipped sleds. So... i guess mine got corrected at factory. They have vin # s to verify which ones need it done on.
 
When I toured the factory last year they tested all the sleds by running them a bit before shipping them. I wonder if they are all testing them with a secondary that they put on and off real quick...

Make sure he checks- cause it does effect the first off the production to 300. Mine was 197- and got the weak /bad/crappy/ what ever you want to call it- buit.... it's all cool:face-icon-small-coocause Michelle wont let it go out the door till it right... Yep OTS makes it right every time.
