2013 sleds arriving soon?

Actually I am a Polaris dealer and the warranty starts when the registration is submitted, which is supposed to be the day the unit is picked up.

You are correct. We got our first 2013 back in June (second or third week). Stock Switchback, no snowcheck units yet.
if you're curious when your factory (bumper-bumper) warranty ends, type your VIN into this site, then look under vehicle information. Mine started 9/23/11 (the day I picked it up & it was registered) and ends 9/23/12. It also tells you if there are any service bulletins for your machine.

I heard this year polaris was going to try and help dealers to get ppl to pick sled up early by not starting warranty till jan1 cause dealers pay interest as soon as they arrive?........... my dealer in northwestern ontario has 2 2013 assaults already for the showroom... said mine should be here in a few weeks

In the past it's been when Polaris receives the dated paper work from your dealer. Keep your paper work. Years ago I picked up my new sled in November. It broke down the following February in Northern Ontario. I brought it to the dealer in Dryden Ontario and Polaris denied the claim because they said that sled was never sold. I had to pay the bill right there! Turns out my dealer here in Minnesota never turned in the paper work to Polaris. I did eventually get my money back but what a pain in the tail.

Just got back from a trip to West Yellowstone on the Harley and as we were just getting into town I passed a Semi with Minnesota plates and a crap load of 2013 Artctic Cat 800 163. Almost every crate was an 800 163. I would believe that maybe Poo is going to be shipping some sleds pretty soon too. I guess we'll see.

My dealer called me yesterday and said that mine will be here next month. I told him that I won't be getting it till the end of Oct. No need to have a sled with no snow.

Here in SD we gotten 3 sleds in so far. One switchback 800 assault 144... one 600 136 rush adventuer....and one RMK 600 155..... recived them about a week ago... no pros or 155 assualts yet
If they are shipping the 800's already it makes me think there are no changes to them.

I stopped by the dealer today and snow ckeck sleds arrive usually in mid October early November. Others will show in up in September. They have 4 wheelers and side by sides to sell and hunting seasons starts in a month.
