2013 pro with GGB can VID

Sounds obnoxious like the old MBRP cans did to me, but its hard to tell from the quality of the video.

They also have a trail can. It will be just a little loader then stock. Below is info GGB did on a test:

Our tests were taken 3 feet from exhaust outlet at a 45° angle back, 1 foot off the ground. Unfortunately this is not how the SAE or enforcement perform the test but it gives a comparison. We will perform proper tests this winter.

Tested - 2012 RUSH 800

Idle 3500rpm (just before engagement)
Stock - 86 94
GGB Trail - 90 97
Mountain - 91 104

The Trail can will meet SAE J-2567. The Mountain can will not.

SAE standard test 88 decibels

*Jan. 2004 SAE J2567 stationary test overview: The sound meter microphone is placed 4 feet above the ground, inline with the exhaust outlet/center point of multiple exhaust outlets, on the side of the snowmobile toward which the exhaust is directed, 4 meters distance from the snowmobile longitudinal centerline. The operator holds the brake during the test, starts and runs the engine up to normal operating temperature, then slowly opens the throttle until a steady 3,750 to 4,000 rpm is achieved for not less than 4 seconds. The test is immediately repeated and the two readings averaged

how much difference in weight between the moutain can and the trail can??

hey bootz think its as loud or louder then the jaws can you had?

its sounds louder in my pole barn, lets wait and see after i get it back together and have it out side this week end before i will answer that. i will shoot another vid with my girls new camera, instead of my phone. as i think now it still will be louder than the jaws.

GGB Trail mufflers offer a true, trail tuned sound that won't draw unwanted attention or leave you "sound fatigued" at the end of the day. Each system is designed to fit securely in the stock location, using stock mounts and weigh between 5 -7.5 pounds each. All GGB trail mufflers are built with sound control in mind and offer awesome performance without all the noise. Each muffler is finished in a high heat satin black and installs without any modifications.

GGB Lightweight Mountain mufflers provide a huge weight savings with an aggressive exhaust note. Each system fits securely in the stock location and weigh in at a mere 3.5 - 6 pounds each. Muffler is finished in a high heat satin black and installs without any modifications. This Mountain muffler is designed specifically for use in areas where increased sound levels are not an issue.

Abit bad sound quality, but you can hear how it sounds when it gets to high RPM. Sounds really good, but abit loud for someone maybe.

Nope wasent me haha. And ya i know im already used to it haters will hate. Thats just the way i like my cans not like im driving down a neighbourhood street in the middle of the night WOT

Recipe for being awesome.

Step 1, buy the LOUDEST can you can find
Step 2, apply large stickers of your favorite energy drink
Step 3, make sure everyone and I mean everyone gets to hear just how loud and awesome you are. (especially in parking lots, thats my favorite)
Step 4, repeat until all your riding areas are closed and then sit back and remember how awesome you were back when you could ride your snowmachine anywhere.:clap2:

Yessss

He's right......only TRUE hardcore sledders roll up in there carharts, kinko gloves and old mx helmet with visor broke off and unload off a 2 place open behind an s-10 pickup and pull the rope and gingerly stroll out of parking lot. Sled of course equipped with 23 lb stock can because that's as quiet as they can find (damit) and a ziplock bag of granola and a pack of smoked salmon for later stuffed in seat cause a Klim backpack is waaaay to poser for him. Yea, I'm being a smart *** here but you really think making consesions with hippies and huggers over decibels is gonna make them accept us? Makes no difference because they don't want us out there no matter what we do! That's the point, they hate machines on there free love pot smokin Obama voting lands! I pay just as much if in most cases waaaay more taxes than these losers and feel I should have the responsible right to enjoy what God gave us just as much as them. It's no more there's than mine. The more you give them the more they gonna take. That's how hippies work, they take from those that produce. And I'm from South Dakota....home of the worlds most annoyingly noisy rally of the year......but I don't give a crap....if you like it loud...have at it! Come enjoy yourself and leave it how you found it when you done. For a few years more maybe...it's a free country (sorta)
