2013 pro RMK 800 with low end issue

Got a '13 Pro RMK 800. Between 5400 and 5800 RPM's the motor is flat and sputters with no throttle response. It acts like it is lacking fuel and actually dropping a cylinder. So far we have changed ou the TPS sensor, changed out the DET sensor, three new re-flashes. Once the RPM's are above 6000 it runs great. Any ideas?

Is it the same with either fuel mode? Easy check on the hill.

I always ran mine on ethanol mode (with 91 non in sled) when stock. Just ran stronger there.

I am experiencing the same issues on my wife’s 2011 bone stock 800 pro. It has run trouble free for the last 2 seasons (750 miles), but it started doing the same described flat spot in the mid-range. I have cleaned the power valves, gone through the intake system, drained the fuel and put fresh in. It does seem to be better with the non-ethanol plug in, but still does it. I’m going to go through the clutches to see if something is binding up there? I’m starting to be at a loss of where to go from here?
