I sell and worked on trailers for over 30years and you DID NOT hit anything
I have seen this before on other brands and the rear corner looks that way because the aluminum sheet buckled from the wind getting under it

It's pretty sad that they refused to fix your trailer when you see the screws at the very edge of the sheeting. Screw Legend Trailers!

I backed my Trails West trailer into my house and damn near knocked the header off of the studs and the trailer held up amazingly well.
