I have legend 7x27 4 place trailer on my way home from x mass trip the roof started coming off and I called the dealer and they told me it was not covered by warranty and that will have to pay to fix it what would u do. the whole driver side from the V back has pulled out of the screws have pictures cannot figure out how to put them

I already did call the manufacturer and I cannot get pictures to load they are in my profile

just sucks when the trailer is not even two years old the fact of fixing it is not a big deal the manufacturers date on the trailer is less than 2 years old that is I bought it a year and a half ago new

Post some pics and if you didn't damage it by driving under a low hanging tree branch or going thru mcdonalds drive through for a big mac combo meal then you may be able to get some support from fellow forum members.

The pics may also help others to avoid dealing with this trailer manufacturer when they are considering buying a trailer.

Ummm, I just looked at your pics of the trailer roof and I have this to say.

Dude, you hit something. Of course it's not covered under warranty.

Complain to your state Attorney General, its easy to do and the few times I have used them in Montana companies seem to take on a whole new attitude.

I never hit any thing at all if I hade than yes it wood b my problem any ho I fixed it last night there was no screws in the roof it self only in trim on the edge of the roof if u c my profile pichers u will see the screw holes only threw part of the roof panel the amount of glue was the only thing holding the other side on it was coming apart also

Wow, check out the pics in his profile, there is seriously nothing of any substance holding the roof on. Trim screws just catching the edge of the roof panel and a single bead of caulk.

Can you explain how the front left corner has a crinkle in it then? You hit something. Either with the top or the edge. A roof doesn't look like that if the screws are coming out. Well, I suppose it might if you went 100mph in reverse in hurricane force winds it would.

The corner of the trailer looks fine to me, the crinkle in the roof looks like where the roof has lifted and the corner is still attached. Just my opinion by looking at the pics.

Don't argue with kanedog. He knows everything. And he'll go back and give you neg rep on all your old posts and then proceed to call you a child.

For the record. I agree with you morsno.:face-icon-small-hap

Hey, I thought you didn't care about the neg reps that i gifted you. But then you bring it up on every post directed to me. I think you do care about the useless rep points and your feelings are hurt. I think you told me to grow up. I'll give you a hug and it'll make it all better for you.

Dude hit something with his trailer and he is trying to blame everyone else except himself. That's why there are no pics of the edge of the trailer and only the roof. He totalled his trailer and feels dum.

Get a sense of humor. :becky:

give me your phone number I will text you pictures from every different angle you want of the trailer just to show you that I didnt hit nothing don't really care if you think I did but if you want me to prove you wrong it will from my phone I cannot get pictures to post only to the profile

well after a few phone calls to manufacture and dealer again today manufacture called me told me to haul it to three hours to their shop and they will look and see if they did something wrong or not after seeing the pictures of the half holes in the edge of the sheet

That is pretty normal if a manufacturer does the repair. You're lucky it's only 3 hours...that's like next door when you live 1,000's of miles from all of them.
