Hi i have probably an electrical problem and i'm out of idea. First of all sorry for my enlgish im a french canadian.
2012 assault 5000 miles, VF3RV and a survavibility kit. Sled was running really good and the TPS died earlier this year. Dealer changed it and did run well for like 500 miles. It started to idle low and sometimes was ruuning only on 1 cylinder. I found 3 wires that were cut from rubbing on a head bolt. I took the harness apart and repaired them. Worked like new again for like 200 miles and now wont idle and just start went i put gas in the cylinders but doesnt idle.
I have to keep my finger on the throttle to get good idle, when i let off my CEL is flashing and my battery is flashing too. I dont have a electrical starter.
-I did check the wires again, everything is ok
-Changed both sparks
-Changed both sparks plug ( even changed one of the coil) everything are in the service manual specs
-VES are cleaned
-fuel filtrer is changed
Dealer checked it for 3 days straight and couldn't find the problem.
Can it be the voltage regulator even if i still have the dash and headlight when it start ?
