2012 Pro RMK 800 safety recalls?

I just got home and there is a message from the dealer that I bought my sled from saying there is a safety recall that needs to be done? I am leaving for Togwotee Fri morning, with no time between now and then to get it in.

Anybody know what this is for?

Just ran my vin, yes, it is for checking the oil line. I will take a look myself.

Oil line issue is the only thing out that I know of. I "guess" that could be safety if it caused a fire. Eric

They are gonna replace throttle cable is my bet. My dealer replaced mine a few weeks ago and said polaris was more than likely gonna recall them all for new throttle cables.

Hey what's the recall # for the throttle cable? My 2012 assault throttle cable needs to be replaced and the dealer never heard of this recall so I'm digging around for the recall # thanks

If the oil line is a 1/2 in or closer to the bulkhead (near oil pump) it needs to be moved away. I did it by removing the air box, and pulling the throttle bodies away from the motor and I did not disconnect the oil pump linkage. My dealer said if it was not rubbing it was OK, so that is why I ended up doing it myself.

recall number for the throttle cable is s-11-03b or s-11-03c. which one depends on if the cable needs to be replaced or not.

can someone post the recall pdf? I think this involves the 600's also
