2012 Pro RMK 800 help

Hello all! I am looking for advice on changing either the clutching or gear ratio on my 2012 Pro RMK 800. I'm looking to get more climbing power in the mountains out of my sled. The sled is almost completely stock, just an aftermarket can. Anyone out there with advice on what works best?

I did a search on google and came up with a lot of crap.
