I am looking in to swaping a couple of our 12s over to the 38 inch 2016 front suspension. But all the Country cat conversion kits say 2013 and up and I was wondering what the difference was between the 12 and the 13.

The 12s had a 40 inch ski stance the 13s had a 38 inch the kits come with the upper a arm and new style spindle they have a kit for the 40 inch 12 sleds but if you want to convert your 12 to 38 inch with new style spindle you will need a new lower a arm and the 3/4 inch spacer for your shocks to go with the kit

Just did my '13 HCR (42 to 38). I suggest ordering the smaller bolts and spacers suggest on countrycat. Have fun changing sockets for every bolt as nothing is the same size lol, good luck it is fairly straight forward.
