Dont paint it! The paint actually insulates the coolers and it might overheat. A cople of guys I know painted a heat exchanger on a SeaDoo RXP (PWC) and it would overheat. They had to scrape off the paint to get it to cool again properly.....

Yeah thats what I figured. The sled on the AC website has it blacked out.

Anodizing might have little effect on cooling, but paint does.
