Micku's from TSS will be coming, most of the Krazy crew.. If you want to come along shoot me a PM, email or give a phone call... The Valley of the Chutes and the Norns are tops on our "To-Do list"

if I'm not too busy getting equiptment ready for the farm season I will be there sounds like a good time to bend some aluminum:crutch:

removed cornices and took a look at 10 never climbed chutes top and bottom, some pics are from last may , but the snow is perfect right now to get these awesome chutes done..

this 2100' chute is tight in the middle, as you can see from the top looking down , it opens up nice at the top, lots of views from the bottom and from the opposing ridge too.

Crazy chit Krazy! How to you get down these when you don't make it. Stick it good then use chopper for sled and self?

turns out theres a waiting period for a passport danget! finally got into town to apply for one today it sucks living in the boonies
i was so not ready to go any way, sleds still waiting for o rings for two weeks now.
 
Wow, Dan!!!! Looks like some crazy lines to be had!!!

Just a heads up to those of you planning on heading up the Norns with KC... The Castlegar Snowmobile Association has installed donation boxes at the trail heads. I doubt we will be able to get a volunteer to man both trail heads, so please drop off your trail passes in the boxes. It's $10/sled, and helps us to maintain the trails and cabins up there.
