2012 brake question

I pulled off the brake caliper and rotor to remove the chain case cover. When I purge rotor
Back on, there seems to be quite a but of slop in the rotOr when the bolt is right. I believe I have altered washers in correctly . Should there be any slop in the rotor? If not I may need to get another really think washer to shim it out more to get the play out. Any thoughts?

The Rotor should be tight, no slop.

So the sled is a 2012 SBA. I put everything together as i took it off and there is play in the rotor. The only way i can see removing any of the play would be to add another wavy washer on the outside to get the rotor tight to the washer which does not make sence to me as there was only one when i origionally took it apart. Is it possible i may have put the washers in the chain case back incorrectly??
