2012 800 Water pump seal gone?

was wondering did anyone have a issue that you lost your seal or what are some signs that my seal is gone, notice my machine started good but lack of power suddenly after 500 ft and i open side panel and noticed the anti freez bottle had milky liquid on top of coolant and was bubbling, asked a few people and said could be bad head seals o rings ,and another mech say its differenly water pump seal,so i have heads off and o rings all look good none burnt or squished,i have 2 bolts left to take the water pump off, could it be anything else is the water pump seal looks good?,i well replace all new but wanna make sure before i ressamble thanks scott

Could be any of the possibilities mentioned. Any sign of the motor burning coolant or having coolant flooding the crankcase? Usually, a bad water pump seal will put coolant into the crankcase, not put bubbles into the cooling system. Bubbles are more likely leaks from the combustion chamber (o-rings, cracked cylinder, etc.). There is some testing that can be done to help determine what is happening if the motor is still assembled. Pressurize the cooling system and see if coolant is disappearing - see where it is going. If it ends up on top of the pistons, then its the head o-rings or a possibly a cylinder problem. If it ends up in the crankcase, then its the water pump seal, a leak in the cylinder base gasket or a cylinder problem again. If everything is disassembled, your only clues will be visual inspection of the parts and to check the crankcase for coolant.

What are the effect on an engine if this one is leaking coolant internaly ...

When my switchback assault seized last year...I was running drop-in kit, so these piston has hole for oiling... this is exactly where the piston seem to be in lack of oiling (intake side of the cylinder), so maybe a leak in the crankcase cause coolant to pass through those oiling hole and break the oïl film between piston and cylinders.

What do ou think ????
This is just a theorie ....this year with rebuilt engine I have the same WOT issues than last year before my engine seized

It WILL burn down, or cause a seizure from washed lubricated areas (typically bearing failure first). Water/coolant internally is a fix-right-now issue!
