I am sure there are a lot of others in the same boat as me. I have a 11 Pro and the 1 year factory warranty will expire in 45 days. Sled is stock with a SLP can and no future mods are planned.

I have called a few dealers and pricing has been all over the boards.
First dealer was $900 or so for 3 year extended, another local dealer was $1000 for 1 more year....

Why the differences and what have you guys been paying or getting offered? Any deductable's? Is it worth it?

Thanks for any info!
Iam in the NW if that matters.

Are the warranties that you quoted through Polaris or Assurant? What is covered and for what time frame?

To serve as a baseline for value, the snowchecks were $450 for 1 year full Polaris warranty and 3 year Extended Service Contract (essentially anything mechanical that is a non-wear item).

Please give us more information.

From my understanding Polaris covers the bike bumper to bumper for 1 year with the option to extend before that year expires. I believe the quote was for aftermarket/assurant warranty and included a $50 deductible and covered most non wear items..

I try and get more details tomorrow.
Thanks

I bought the extended warranty, $1400 for an additional 4 years. Bumper to bumper. $50 deductable. It was thru a polaris dealer, and the company was Zurich.

2012 warranty

When I purchased my 2012 Pro I was offered second year warranty for $300.00
I did spend the $300.00 Sounded like inexpensive insurance to me.
Also was told it is a Polaris Warranty and not a third party product.

I just dropped 1500.00 buying the 4 year extended warranty. The dealers weren't offering a different price either, just handed me the polaris extended warranty brochure.

Expensive peace of mind but after losing a rod bearing last year and getting 3600.00 in warranty work done its worth it :)

So it sound like the quote I got from my dealer is actually pretty darn good.

4 year for $750
5 year for $870
