Any one noticed the vibraton that happens just before idle when you let off the throttle? What is causing this? I test rode a buddies, and it only has 300 miles on. Kinda got me thinking that's not so good.

make sure there are no broken engine mounts. but for the most part I think its normal. Everyone I have rode does it. seems most people think its due to the 300% stiffer chassis.

IF it is bothering you to much at the handle bars try the anti vibe block, Polaris
makes one that I had on my 05 900. I put it on my Pro this last weekend and loved the difference it made, for anyone that has problems with their wrists it really helps, and you all so raise the bars about 3/4 ".

polaris says it is from the stiffer chassis, and the new motor mount setup,I have noticed having the primary balanced seems to help some...

i noticed the same on my dad's RMK but not my SB Assault. dont know why. Noticed on his that the spider nut is getting a little shiny. could be the spring rubbing when it vibrates hard?? is this a potential serious problem?

Doesn't bother anything, other than my piece of mind. Kept on thinking that something was coming apart.

Do you have a part number for that anti vibe block?

Just got back home today, Part # 2900257, Polaris calls it a SHOKBLOK'R
(Not a miss spell) You will need to buy 4 new screws appox 1/4" shorter to mount your stock top cap or just use your lower half, unless Polaris makes one for the
Pro, this number is for the 05 900.

They re machine the sheaves to grip the belt better. As far as vibration goes give my mod sled a ride with solid mounts and braces....lol...you will think the pro is smooth as glass....:face-icon-small-coo

I've got Carl's sheave facing and balancing as well as an Isovibe riser from Grip N Rip Racing - Problem solved!

Have FUN!

I suggest stronger bolts cause I have snapped the bolts from the factory on the SHOKBLOK'R kit.
