2011 Pro RMK hyped up like 2008 XP

Who cares........the replies here are no different than in '08 when Doo came out with the XP. The Poo fanboys think it will be a hit(just like the Doo boys did) and other people don't.

Checked one out in the flesh yesterday (no ride tho). Loved it; the riding position was exactly how I hoped it would be. Everything nice and tall, bars feel great, looks simple enough to get at major components via the sidepanels. Everything looks beefier in person compared to what I expected (tunnel, front end, running boards bracing, etc), which was a nice surprize. I know it's mostly a looks thing, but it's also the only new sled that has an overal similarity to my Rev, which I still like a lot of things on.

Long story short....signed up for a silver on black 163 pro package :) The only dissapointment is that I can't ride it right now :face-icon-small-fro

They talk about less welding and rivets and instead use "structural bonding", any clues?

Know the auto industry has picked up on glue a long time ago. Does anyone know about a glue suitable for alu? Sheet to sheet.

RS

We have plenty of epoxy adhesives that fit that bill - extremely strong bonding yet have some flex that you won't find with many thermoset epoxies. Our company was founded on working with Boeing to incorporate epoxies and plastisols into aircraft applications. www.qcminds.com for more information.

Have FUN!
