2011 Pro RMK 800 163 Tunnel and Bulkhead

They are staying with the tunnel. Plus they used them nasty rivets that are about impossible to get off!


The rivets are easily dealt with. FWIW here is how, using a small punch knock the hardened mandrel back or out of them. Next drill the head off, I use a 3/16" drill bit just in case it goes all the way thru, so it does not enlarge the hole.

Not saying you should sell the boards, just extending information that the rivets are not impossible to remove if you wrap your head around why they can be difficult and proceed accordingly.

If you were 2000 miles closer I'd take the chassis, but with the distance and shipping it is cost prohibitive. I'd be better off just buying new one at the dealership.
