Now with a brand new engine, I already have my running issue that I has last winter before my engine sized. I change my reed petals, Spark plus wire and caps, injector, check the fuel pressure when running (stay at 59-60 psi all the time. Now I send my sled to the dealer and they found nothing, no code , tps is good, and now they tell me my injector may be the problem because they found on the digital wrench that fuel pessure is 1 psi Under spec. (but no drop in pressure when running it with a gaudge)

My running issues : when WOT engine run at bog at 6800-7400rpm them sometime go up to 8100 then fall down again to 7400 and go up and down on the same pull.

Now was thinking about putting fire in it,
So did someone can help me ???

Clutches and drive train in good order? Issues here will affect the engine's performance. 550iq

What injectors are in your sled?

I have a similar issue on my 2011 SBA. Cleaned and serviced clutches, cleaned valves, valve solenoid checked, track is the proper tension, chain case looks excellent inside, reset TPS, I finally replaced the TPS sensor and that made it go away for one ride. The last ride of the season it came back. Starting to think it is a fuel issue on mine and curious as to whether your still running the factory injectors or not. I have heard that the factory injectors can cause some running issues and the updated yellow injectors may solve the problem.

Maybe someone can elaborate on that some more or give another explanation as to why these sleds are doing that?

Mine has 2300 miles, problem started to show up at 2000 miles. Only thing I have changed form factory is a Jaws can.

Have you checked your ethanol plug? Is your fuel good? Clean your exhaust valves and make sure the two tiny holes are clean! It sounds like the computer is doing the work so maybe swap your with a friends and see if that works? Every friend I have that got a 11' sb assault has blown there engine and had lots of problems with fuel quality ( we only get 90 in alaska)
