2010 switchback suspenssion

My buddy has a 2010 Dragon switchback 600 with the 136 coupled suspension with walker evans shocks. He has been having some issues with the suspension right from new. When on the gas the skis lift off the ground and he looses steering control, even while going slow. While sitting there if there is pressure put on the rear bumper the weight is reduces from the ski and the front end raises. It is the opposite effect when the rear bumper is lifted. It almost seems like the front portion of the skid is the pivot point. The "set in" for lack of better words, is about 4" which seems to be a bit much. When lifting the rear bumper of the sled it raises up about 4" before the suspension is fully extended. What can be done to the skid to make the sled handle better. Is there any set up instruction for this skid. He has gone to the dealer and the dealer says that nothing is wrong and it is set up properly but clearly there is an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take the skid out, remove and rebuild the shocks and service the skid. Maybe replace the springs. Make sure the suspension components are in working order. Then reassess. 550iq
