Hi All - I just purchased this sled 2 days ago and am typing this from the Mayo Clinic in Mn, I have not even got it home yet........based on how things are going here it looks like I might try to sell this thing and take a step back from everything. Below is the original add used when I purchased it. Asking $7500 - the sled will be back in Northeast Ohio soon....but is currently with me in Rochester Mn.
I purchased this sled in from Bix who got it from Summit_Man for $8,800 at the beginning of this season after he just completed the build in partnership with Speedwerx and Track-2-Trail. It was love at first site when I looked at it and "just had to have it". Unfortunately, besides a test rip through my back yard, work has kept me from riding it all. It needs to go to someone that will use this amazing sled for what it was intended.
This sled started out a 2010 500EFI cross country.. Almost new condition, not wrecked!!!! It is now a 2010 Speedwerx 800HO with a 153 2 1/4". The sled at the start of the build had 210 miles on it. The chassis now has around 250 or less on it and the motor has about 35 to 40 miles on it since installed. This sled was designed to be a radical ditch pounder that can easily go anywhere off-trail in the Midwest but also shine out west with the chassis and power/weight ratio.
Here is the list
153 Ice Age Rails
153 Power Claw Track
Sly Dog Wheels
Fox Rear Shocks (revalved 600 sp xcountry remote res)
Fox Front Shocks (revalved 600 sp xcountry remote res)
Van Amburg Tunnel Ext (Not Riveted yet) Stainless Bolts
PPD Skis
8 " Black Riser
KOSO Duel EGT's
F-7 Bottom End
Speedwerx 800 Jugs w/ Pistons
Speedwerx 800 Head
Speedwerx Ceramic Pipe
Speedwerx Y-Pipe
Power Commander tuned by Speedwerx
Head Lights installed - but need wired
Modified Air Intake
new throttle bodies, New Injectors Etc Etc Etc............
Big Thanks goes out to Track-2-Trail and also Speedwerx for supplying parts and professional labor and also while looking over build and making the updates and changes it needed for final completion.
$7500 .... that is exactly what I have in it.
