I just sold my two boss seats and bought the new seats. I think that they are worth it. More storage, water tight storage, taller than the boss high rise, and it seems a little thinner in the front also.

Watch what your buying. I have a 2010 M8 Spring Edition and the seat does not have the ballistic material at the bottom of the seat. I had my sled out in Valemount for 4 days and already the leather at the bottom of the seat is starting to wear away. Looks to me like its not the same on the newer HCR and M8 sleds...

I love my seat. Contact freeagent on the forum. Michelle seems to have the best price out there. My wife likes the longer stock seat so I may have hers built up. Your knees won't hurt after a long day and like was said lots of storage.

Yep...Got a 10 cat seat for my 05 M7 from freeagent. Best price hands down.

New cat seat functionality is perfect but durability not sure yet. After one ride with it it's showing signs of wear on the front lower sides?? May be normal I'll give you a report.

Still highly recommend this upgrade for this great price!

10 Cat Seat durability

Hey there,

Have any of you who have this new seat experienced wear issues on the front lower side sections. There is a vertical plastic piece that creates an edge and catches knees, feet, etc...
