That thing looks like a pile of turd. My god what were they thinking? I thought that the manufactures were to improve on all aspects of the snowmobiles every year, including styling.

You can go for winning a beauty contest, I will go for handling.
If that rear skid works as good as they say, it will be a HUGE improvement.

As for copying redline, I never rode a redline before, how did it handle?

Good point, the bling factor just made me decide to never have this sled. Who cares about how it performs! :)

The entire rear skid moves from one pivot point.
Should greatly increase reaction and rebound.

Sorry if I sound arogant but I bet half of the people hating on this new design dont know jack about engineering or suspension systems (in general or sleds).

Its something new, dont like it? Fine, have fun on your zx chassis...

jdiz...go to you tube and search on Polaris Rush.

Put a 163" on it, run it by Jack's and slap on a bb kit and I'll giver a go.

Cheers!

I will not buy the sled for a few years(too poor) but if it works as good as they say it does i'm all for it. Suspension tech has hardly changed at all in the last 20 years. Besides travel we r still driving basically the same rear suspension we have been for years! Even in the mountains the extra lite skid(2000) is Basically the same as the new skids. Now everybody is complaing that it is ugly. Most new sleds are ugly then they grow on us. Polaris already had the best front suspension and they finally did something else with the rear so look out!
Anyways none of us have driven them so none of us should be throwing r opinions around till we ride it(including myself)! It is still fun though 'cause i know more then everybody else

so be the first

start making cover up plates and elaborate tunnel extensions for the mtn conversion. just think you could minipulate the suspension with your foot while side hilling with some bmx pegs!

Not crazy about the looks, but will keep and open mind. I'll give you guy's a ride report on feb 21st. Got a spot on a dealer preview and will have some good seat time to see how it rides.I'll take pics and let you guy's know.

Haters! Everyone wants the next best thing and then you find everyway to complain when you see it. Maybe, this will be it. Maybe not. But damn, are you saying you wouldn't want to ride it if you could. Maybe it's just that it's not a AC, Ski-Doo or Yami!

yep :beer; .. same with all new sleds

I'm open to it and I think it's great that they are trying to advance. From the front it looks pretty sweet. From the back, not so much. But if it handles better than the rest, way to go poo!
