I just picked up a used 2010 M8. The wires going down from the handlebars were kind of a twisted mess. Someone obviously had an issue somewhere. So I followed the wires down behind the steering post, took that gusset off infront of the wiring to get a better look. I found a two prong plug that wasnt' plugged in. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be.???
The plug on the wiring of the sled is a two hole female end, with one blue wire green stripe, and one red wire blue stripe. There is also a two prong male plug off the handle bar wiring that has what looks like a brown and a black wire. Do these plug into eachother? Does it matter what way? It looks like it will fit both ways? What are the plugs for?
