how did the push kit compare against the ovs kit when you ran them? how did they compare against a regular kit?

The waste gate is outside the turbo exhaust housing so it doesnt disturb spooling of the turbo. I believe thats the theory behind it.

also has the tial stainless turbine houseing and bov. the tial stainless houseing weighs about 5lbs less then the standard cast houseing. it is shaped to flow alot better too. All the v band flanges are made to flow perfectly. it is the exact same id through the flange and to the id of the pipe you weld to it. you just have to see if and look at it to see how perfectly every thing flows. read up on push's website for a good description of the advantages of the external gate, tial turbine houseing, etc..
I have a 2871 with the tial stainless houseing to put on my xp and it weighs 10lbs 2oz. Can't wait to have it done and runing.

whats the price for the the tial turbo i already have a 2871 is worth upgrading do you think thanks for the info

If I remeber correct I thought Travis said the upgrade was around 1700, this was during the summer so I dont know how much it changed. Im guessing they have kits available or will make them up. Im probably going to switch next year to give it a try.
They ran one last year and it was very similar in power or a little better then putting a 1200 on it with the turbo.

MM - i lovin the false wall ECU hide idea...im doing this soon, maybe this weekend, any chance i can stuff the volt reg in that spot also?....that would look clean and nice:beer;

Tial

Let me get you some pricing on a upgrade I would guess 1700 sounds close might be cheaper for just pats and you fab.

I have not spent enough time on snow to answer some some questions. Faster spooling and more HP is a sure bet.

Hatcher I don't think you can get both in there but it would be close.

VS

It will take me some time to do some comparisons between kits and reg kits. Mainly because OVS clutching VS mine are way different and that is the first thing I need to test. I am going to leave the set up on and compare then I will change to same and compare. I am getting the rest of suspension set up now change drives and adding a few more goodies.

My Ovs Kit is going to have a full Z bros set up front and rear and yes just 39 wide. Light weight gear case 59/61 , Light weight Break, HCR skies, Boss seat wrapped pipe with lots of vents should be nice when it done.

Not willing to answer how they run or compare to the tial push kit or regular kit?

Thanks for the update. I am curious, as probably everyone else, how the push kit runs more than anything and if the tial is worth the extra money. If we don't get any more snow we won't have to worry about it.
