Had a check engin code that flashed 4 times and 5 times. Anyone know what these mean. Checked book and it doesnt give me that info. That would be some nice info to have ecpecially when your out in the middle of nowhere and the dame thing stats throwing codes at you. Thanks, Matt

5 flashes = Pipe temp sensor.

does the sled have about 20 hoursr on it? is it maybe the 20 hour service indicator? If so reset yourself.
How do you do this?
i changed that to 200 hours already
i had mine replaced with 30miles on. warranty though. it took my dealer 5 hrs to do it
Took them 5 hours for what? Pipe sensor or the display? Pipe sensor and changing the display should both only take about 10 minutes tops.

When you where getting the warning flashes was it when you where getting heavy on the throttle ? Did it go to limp mode till shut down ? We had the same problem and it was more prenounced in the deep snow for us. To much under hood heat , cut up the under hood plenum and left the foam added a filter with a prefilter and added 5 vents on the dash one SLP, and 4 frogskinz . The heat rolls out of the top like an oven , good spot for goggles and gloves when resting. Haven't seen those codes since. They kind of figured it out with the PRO's
